This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I have purchased more than 20 new vehicles over the years.
The issues began with the sales process—communication was extremely poor, with delayed responses and the need to repeatedly follow up for even basic information. I was also asked to provide unnecessary documentation despite not financing through the dealership.
Upon taking delivery of the truck, I discovered multiple serious issues. The paperwork stated the vehicle had only five miles, but it actually had 179 miles. Additionally, the hubcaps and antenna were missing at delivery.

We looked at a used Ford Edge, 2015 model at North Country Ford. Pictures on line looked great, Sales Rep talked up the car, so we drove 30 miles to look at the vehicle. After being told by sales that the vehicle was in excellent shape we discovered there was a water seal break on the liftgate and water was inside the rear light panel, when the lift gate was opened my husband watched the water run out of the broken seal (there was literally a hole in it). The process of buying was okay. I told them I have limited time and I wanted to make my time in the dealership as quick as possible. I put money hold down, till ended up taking 90 minutes to finalize everything just to move me over to finance to sign papers. All said the people were nice and the dealership was friendly.

You would think if you buy a truck with under 2000 miles they would clean the truck. They didn't bother washing it let alone cleaning the inside.

I'm not sure what it is besides pure upselling when you take a vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation but I've had it with that "experience". The cost was $148 for an oil change and rotation. When I got the quote I mentioned that I bought the tires there which comes with free rotation. He said he'd reduce the price for that. Charles Crittenden was a super friendly and helpful sales rep. He was easy to talk too and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. If he didn't know the answer right away he was able to look it up. With the low interest rate it was a great time to buy. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned well for me. Great buying experience. I called ahead and when I arrived the truck was pulled up front, running, and with the heated seats going. Very nice on a chilly day.

Patrick Gross was very helpful with the new jeep selections. He worked hard to get us the best pricing, and it beat all the previous offers we had from other dealerships. We recommended him to our other family members, and they have also been offered a great deal after looking at many other places. It was a bit of a drive from where we live but well worth the trip for the savings!

Very good overall. Hoping for a little more value on our trade-in, and a service oversight on the key fob the day we picked up our Nissan Rogue could have been avoided. But the staff was friendly, attentive and professional, from the sales person we dealt with, to financing, to the service team who corrected the key fob issue when we needed to make a second trip to correct the problem Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend this dealership to others.

during the purchase the first oil change is on us - sometimes those words get forgotten: Yesterday a $106.36 charge was reduced to 0, have a great day - got to like it. I waited, oil and service was prompt. The only issue I encountered was Jeff Jones (inventory manager) refused to make breakfast, but did ask if I wanted to order another one

Had a key fob break for my 2015 Explorer. We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there who could program it and to come back on Monday. We came back on Monday and were told the had staffing issues and couldn't service us. Had my brakes replaced, and now they don't work and make a lot of noise. Was scheduled for the service department, but after making me wait for almost 20 minutes he refused to look at it and sent me back to the quick lane. They said there was nothing wrong, maybe try service back in three weeks. In the meantime, I cannot drive the car for safety reasons and am missing important healthcare appointments. VERY, VERY disappointed. Looking at buying another vehicle in the next year, will NOT buy it here.

Dealing with Mark was great. What wasn’t great was that I had to sit in the dealership for 3 hours waiting for paperwork to be finished. I also found out now 2 weeks later that my loan for my trade in hasn’t been paid off yet and I’ve tried calling twice to figure out why and nobody can seem to get back to me.
